Aspire Senior Living in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing community. You will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, supervise staff, and drive initiatives that ensure the highest quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an LNHA licensure (Missouri) and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field, with 2+ years of administrative leadership in long-term care.

Qualifications

Current LNHA licensure in the State of Missouri
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a long-term care or senior living setting, with a strong background in administrative leadership

Responsibilities

Oversee the overall operation of the skilled nursing facility, including budget management, staff supervision, and quality care initiatives
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and services to residents
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment
