The Bergaila Companies is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer for LNG projects based in Sabine Pass, TX, with flexible work arrangements in Houston and Beaumont. You will drive mechanical design initiatives, coordinate procurement, and manage schedules in a safety-focused environment.

You should bring 7+ years in LNG or related heavy industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with BOM/ CAD tools to deliver compliant, reliable systems across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as Mechanical Engineer in LNG / heavy industrial settings.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with limited oversight.
• Strong mechanical design expertise: sheet metal, plastics, die casts, extrusions, fasteners.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with BOM, assembly docs, and design software.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and development for LNG facility equipment.
• Oversee procurement and assembly documentation.
