Job summary

Honeywell LNG is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead manufacturing improvements across LNG facilities. You will drive 5S, Lean, and Kaizen initiatives, balance workloads, map value streams, and partner with Design, Planning, Estimating, Manufacturing Engineering, and Welding to improve safety, quality, and cycle times.

The role involves coaching technicians, translating data into actionable insights, and occasional domestic and international travel to Honeywell sites and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering or equipment manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple urgent priorities and drive them through completion.
• Ability to work across disciplines, sites, and stakeholder groups to remove barriers and deliver improvements.

Responsibilities

• Transform equipment fabrication flows by balancing workloads and mapping value streams.
• Drive adoption of new standards and lean methods with measurable results.
• Coach Production technicians on drawing interpretation, procedures, and first-time quality.
• Convert production data into actionable insights on health, safety, quality, and cost.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives across LNG Manufacturing, Design, and Welding.
