Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive safer, smarter manufacturing in LNG tooling. You will lead cross-functional teams, connect Production with Design, Planning, Estimating, and Welding, and push continuous improvements across safety, quality, and cost targets.

The role involves domestic and international travel to Honeywell sites and supplier facilities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in lean manufacturing, 5S/Six Sigma, and Kaizen,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering or equipment manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated strength in technical execution, organizational planning, and risk identification.
• Proven ability to manage multiple urgent priorities and drive them through completion.
• Ability to work across disciplines, sites, and stakeholder groups to remove barriers and deliver improvements.

Responsibilities

• Transform fabrication flows by balancing workloads, map value streams, apply 5S/ Six Sigma, design cells, lead root-cause analysis, and time studies.
• Turn new standards into practice, drive lean execution and measurable results via a Kaizen culture.
• Coach technicians to strengthen drawing interpretation, procedure compliance, fabrication decisions, and first-time accuracy.
• Convert production data into action by analyzing performance insights to improve health and safety, quality, capital, product design, and project estimating.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and serve as Production liaison across LNG Manufacturing, Design, and Welding Engineering teams.
