Job summary

Honeywell LNG seeks a Technical Offering Specialist based at our Allentown HQ on a hybrid schedule. You will create, execute, and maintain technical contract exhibits and requisition packages for LNG equipment and services, collaborating with engineering disciplines to ensure consistent design practices and protect IP.

The role requires travel to other Honeywell sites and supplier/customer locations, and reports to the MDE Director as part of Manufacturing & Design Engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering or technical project execution.
• Strong understanding of gas and energy plant design, offerings, and scope.
• Ability to coordinate and drive to resolution technical inquiries and gaps in LNG design basis or project documents.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, writing, and contractual-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize LNG contract exhibits and requisition packages across equipment and services.
• Manage LNG's technical knowledge architecture and ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure engagement of engineering disciplines and update lessons learned.
• Support project planning and execution strategies capturing regulatory requirements.
• Harmonize LNG requirements with other Honeywell verticals.
