Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Senior ISC Project Management Specialist to drive LNG Manufacturing Projects.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to execution and monitoring, coordinating with cross-functional teams to track trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. You will develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication project management or relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management, including close collaboration with safety, procurement, quality, planning, and operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets with strict adherence to policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to site safety performance by auditing on-site contractors per company guidelines.
• Align projects with the overall organizational strategy, ensuring objectives contribute to broader goals.
• Coordinate and lead Project Kick-Off and ensure stakeholders are aligned on objectives.
• Lead and manage projects through planning, execution, and monitoring phases.
• Weekly assessment of earned value and monthly reporting of actual and forecasted project costs.
• Identify and assess potential risks; develop mitigation plans to safeguard against disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze KPIs to measure project impact and report progress with data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout execution.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
