With 11+ years in the field and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, you will guide design standards, apply NEC codes, and mentor engineers across disciplines. We champion ESOP ownership and continuous professional growth.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 11+ years of related work experience.
• Experience as an electrical engineer in oil & gas, LNG, floating LNG, or process industry.
• Ability to lead technical guidance and multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Proactively provides guidance and direction on department design guides, standards, systems, and engineering codes.
• Prepares complex engineering calculations and manages budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Oversees data collection, assimilation, and management for engineering work.
• Coordinates with internal/external teams on complex projects and defines project schedules.
• Serves as the technical specialist and applies advanced engineering concepts to challenging problems.
