Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Arlington, VA is seeking a Manager, Contracts for Fabrication and Assembly Contracting with extensive experience in contract formation, management and execution of large, complex LNG agreements.

The role leads negotiation of terms with major Contractors, oversees contract administration, manages change orders and amendments, and coordinates with the OFE Project Team to ensure compliance with company guidelines. Travel to fabrication sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with contract management and negotiation in LNG, power, oil and gas, industrial, or construction industries.
• Demonstrated ability to draft, redline, negotiate and lead commercial and contractual negotiations of complex agreements.
• Experience managing and mentoring contract management teams.
• Able to communicate across disciplines internally and with external counterparties.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, redline, and negotiate complex fabrication and assembly agreements with strategic contractors.
• Manage the contract administration function on assigned business units.
• Lead and mentor contract administration professionals.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define contracting, risk, controls, and tax strategies for OFE agreements.
• Oversee change orders, task orders, and amendments with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate CLM entries, approvals, and documentation per guidelines.
