Job summary

Venture Global LNG seeks an experienced Contract Subcontracts Manager to administer and enforce construction contracts for LNG projects. You will manage all subcontract phases, from plan development through close-out, interacting with a multidisciplinary team.

The role supports the Site Construction Manager and Project Team and is based in Cameron, LA. This position requires strong drafting/negotiation skills, risk assessment, and the ability to coordinate with Legal and QA/QC teams to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business or related field preferred.
7–10+ years of professional contract/subcontracts experience.
5+ years in engineering/construction subcontracting activities for the oil and gas industry.
Willingness to travel and to work on Project Site, in Louisiana.
Strong communication, analytical and drafting skills for contracts.

Responsibilities

Develop and form project subcontracts with the project team.
Provide leadership for Subcontract Administrators and oversee all phases.
Coordinate bids, qualifications, and subcontract formation and execution.
Manage change orders and conduct subcontract risk assessments.
Ensure insurance and NDAs are obtained; support invoice validation and close-out.
