Job summary

ReCon Management Services, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Manager for LNG and related facilities.

You will develop and execute a portfolio of projects to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency within the facility, while adhering to company processes and approvals. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction and operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; professional registration desirable.
• Five plus years' experience as a project manager, including at least two years at an operating facility (oil refining, petrochemical, LNG or similar).
• Strong leadership and administrative abilities are required.
• Acute safety sensitivity in a hazardous environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and with diverse disciplines.
• Preferred LNG terminal and hydrocarbon processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of LNG/industrial projects with focus on safety and performance specs.
• Lead all phases of project development and execution from initiation to commissioning.
• Coordinate safety, process design, front end engineering, detailed design, procurement, cost control, schedules and commissioning.
• Plan and execute technical activities; monitor expenditures within budget; prepare progress reports.
• Lead multi-discipline teams and ensure alignment with scope and project documents.
• Ensure technical integrity and proper documentation in control systems and project closeout.
• Comply with MOC processes and regulatory requirements; interface with audits and stakeholders.
• Deliver projects on time and on budget while maintaining core company values.
• Interact with commercial, regulatory and other departments as required.
• Conduct site walk-downs to support project development requirements.
