ReCon Management Services in Sulphur, LA seeks an experienced Project Manager for an in-plant role to oversee a portfolio of capital projects supporting LNG operations, safety and facility optimization.

Lead multi‑discipline teams through initiation, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover; manage budgets, schedules and MOC; coordinate with engineering, vendors and plant personnel to deliver on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; professional registration desirable.
• Five+ years of project management experience; at least 2 years at an operating facility (oil refining, petrochemical, LNG, etc.).
• Strong leadership and administrative abilities; safety-focused in hazardous environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; ability to interact across levels.
• Ability to manage multi-discipline teams and foster respectful relationships.
• Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in public speaking and delivering industry presentations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of projects and contribute to facility planning budgets.
• Oversee all phases of project development and execution with emphasis on safety and performance.
• Coordinate safety, process design, FEED, detailed design, procurement, cost control, schedules, quality, construction planning and commissioning.
• Plan and execute technical activities; monitor expenditures and prepare progress reports.
• Lead multi-discipline teams; ensure compliance with project scope and design documents.
• Ensure proper project documentation and closeout.
