Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Docebo Consultant to support implementations and optimization of HR/Learning platforms across discovery, design, build, test, and deployment in an agile environment. You will gather requirements, map journeys, and configure Docebo features to meet client objectives and drive value.

You will lead design sessions, document current-state processes, and develop implementation plans with milestones and budgets, while collaborating with Docebo teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience supporting Docebo or a comparable LMS/LXP/skills platform (e.g., Workday, EdCast, Saba, Cornerstone, Oracle LMS, SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Absorb).
• Ability to travel 0-50% on average based on client work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Docebo implementation workstreams across discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using an agile delivery methodology.
• Gather business and functional requirements, map user journeys, and write user stories for config of Organization Units, Learning Objects, Channels, Pathways, and Skills features.
• Support iterative configuration of the Docebo application across LMS/LXP, Transform, or Data Conversion spaces.
• Facilitate design sessions with client stakeholders to review requirements and refine solutions during design sprints.
• Document baseline and current-state learning and talent service delivery to identify transformation opportunities and value points.
• Develop implementation plans with scope, milestones, budget, and high-level architecture while monitoring risks and progress.
