Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Specialist IV, Documentation Control & Learning & Development in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on managing the LMS/LOS, ensuring GMP compliance, and maintaining controlled documents across BI sites.

The position partners with leaders to build curricula, implement global training, and oversee documentation governance, with hybrid on-site work 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• BS degree in science, engineering, pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum five years pharmaceutical or learning & development experience.
• Proficient MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; experience with electronic document management and training systems (Veeva, TrackWise, SAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Learning Management System (LMS/LOS) to ensure accurate training records.
• Develop and harmonize curricula supporting GMP and role requirements.
• Lead site and global training initiatives and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement policies and controlled documentation.
