Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Specialist IV, Documentation Control & Learning & Development at our Columbus, OH site with hybrid flexibility 2–3 days on-site.

The role manages LMS/LOS, ensures compliance, and partners with site leaders to align curricula with GMP and regulatory requirements. You will lead training initiatives, govern document systems (e.g. Veeva Vault, TrackWise), and support global L&D programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum BS required, preferably in Science, Engineering, Statistics, Pharmacy or related degree.
• Leadership and/or project management experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic document management systems and training systems (e.g. Veeva, TrackWise, SAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages Learning Management System to ensure accurate capture of training events and records.
• Leads site Learning & Development initiatives and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintains governance for documentation systems and ensures GMP compliance.
• Partner with site leaders to align curricula with job profiles and regulatory requirements.
• Act as Local Management System Owner for LMS and documentation systems.
