The Pennant Group has an opening for a Wellness Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. The role provides hands-on supervision of Wellness staff and direct care to residents to promote wellness and safety, in collaboration with the Wellness Director.

You will ensure adherence to community and state regulations, participate in staff training, and help recruit and coach wellness staff. A current license/certification and CPR are required, with prior supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Prior supervisory experience in health care preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on supervision of Wellness staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Deliver direct care to residents as needed to support wellness.
• Collaborate with Wellness Director to implement community policies and programs.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and infection control guidelines.
• Support recruitment, training and coaching of Wellness staff.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing education.
