Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is hiring a part-time Wellness Coordinator to supervise Wellness staff, provide direct resident care when needed, and support the Wellness Director with staffing, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance.

You will participate in ongoing training and ensure infection control practices are followed. This on-site role requires strong leadership, clear communication with residents and families, and the ability to respond to emergencies while maintaining high standards of

Qualifications

• Requires current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Wellness department staff and provides direct care when needed.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, Resident Rights, and community policies.
• Assists Wellness Director with staffing, training, and evaluations.
• Coordinates care plans and ensures services align with residents’ needs.
• Maintains infection control practices and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in staff meetings and ongoing education.
