Job summary

Pennant is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to lead and supervise Wellness staff, promote resident wellness, and assist in direct care as needed. The role supports safety, policy adherence, and quality standards within our senior living community.

You will work with the Wellness Director to ensure infection control, regulatory compliance, and ongoing professional development for staff, including coaching and training opportunities. This position emphasizes teamwork and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current license/certification as required by the regulatory bodies governing the community.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Prior supervisory experience in the health care environment strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands‑on supervision of Wellness staff to ensure quality resident care and wellness.
• Provides direct care to residents as needed to support health and safety.
• Supports Wellness Director with community policies, programs and staff development.
