Job summary

The Waterford at Carpenter's Creek, a Sonida Senior Living community in Pensacola, FL, is seeking a qualified Wellness Director to lead resident care operations and ensure high-quality geriatric services.

You will oversee health-related services, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and manage staff to meet regulatory requirements while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. A RN license and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 3–5 years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.
• Minimum 2–4 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assures implementation of policies relating to Resident care and oversight of health-related services.
• Manages and directs activities in accordance with state and federal regulations and policies.
• Establishes relationships with health care professionals in the community and residents’ providers.
• Oversees coordination of all activities per regulations and community procedures.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
