Job summary

Monarch Communities seeks a Caregiver/Admin to support residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The role includes personal care, meals, housekeeping, and administrative duties such as scheduling and phone support.

The position is non-exempt and hourly, with a salary range of $25.00–$28.00 per hour. A CNA or CHHA and at least 1 year of elder-care experience are preferred, with a commitment to compliant, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year resident care experience required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plan.
• Assist with medication administration under RN/LPN supervision in CT/MA.
• Provide personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding as outlined in care plan.
