Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living, based in St. Louis, seeks a Website Performance Manager to own health, performance, and conversion of the company’s website and community microsites.

You will localize microsites, manage lead-generation tools, build pages in HubSpot, publish content, and deliver reporting to guide portfolio decisions. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital marketing or web management, hands-on CMS experience (HubSpot preferred), strong analytics, SEO, tagging, and CRO skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in digital marketing or web management.
• Hands-on CMS experience; HubSpot CMS strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and on-page structure.
• Proficient web analytics and reporting, with HubSpot/GA4 experience.
• Understanding of tagging, attribution, CRO, and A/B testing.
• Experience with senior living, healthcare, or regulated multi-location industries.
• Ability to work with external agencies and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Localize and maintain community microsites independently, keeping each discoverable and relevant with local information, events, imagery, and product specifics.
• Own the performance of the lead-generation tools (assessments, chatbot, gated content): diagnose underperformance, decide the optimization, and direct the agency to implement it.
• Take content management on agency-built templates in-house, maintaining it independently going forward.
• Conduct and publish content updates autonomously across all communities.
• Drive website and landing page performance: analyze trends, diagnose underperforming areas, and decide optimizations worth pursuing.
• Safeguard tagging and attribution: audit data flows and resolve issues affecting reporting accuracy.
• Lead community-level local search reviews, compiling location data against high-volume senior living queries.
• Define emerging AEO and GEO approach for AI-driven/search across web properties and coordinate with teams.
• Own creation of new pages and microsites in HubSpot for new developments and acquisitions.
• Deliver executive-level performance reporting to drive strategic decisions.
• Shape Cedarhurst's stance on AI-driven search and practical implementation recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
