Job summary

Sodalis Senior Living is seeking a Digital Marketing SEO Specialist to boost organic search, manage local profiles, and guide content strategy for multi-site senior living communities. You’ll optimize on-page and off-page SEO, monitor results, and collaborate with content teams to improve health-related visibility.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SEO/online marketing, strong analytics skills, and familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on SEO and online marketing experience.
Experience in healthcare, senior living, or related industry preferred.
Proficient with GA, Search Console, Tag Manager, and popular SEO tools.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS; CMS like WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and across departments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and schema markup.
Manage off-page SEO efforts including backlink strategy and local listings.
Audit and monitor SEO performance using GA and Search Console.
Optimize content for E-E-A-T with a focus on health- and location-based searches.
Support local listings and Google Business Profiles for each community.
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly posts and pages.
