Qualifications

• Degree in healthcare or related field.
• Required Travel 90%.
• Experience in Senior Living/Independent Living.
• Three years of management experience minimum.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of learning company software.

Responsibilities

• Act as the community Personal Care Director during a vacancy.
• Conduct resident assessments and service plans.
• Oversee and monitor resident care to ensure quality standards.
• Review and process physician orders using eMAR with pharmacy support.
• Verify ADL schedules are developed and executed when there is a vacancy.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on employee performance concerns.
• Support training and development of care team members.
• Coordinate with home office to transition team members smoothly.
• Promote a positive work environment and encourage collaboration.
• Conduct monthly audits to ensure policy and program compliance.
