Job summary

Kensington Senior Living, Llc is seeking a part-time/regular Driver in Kensington, MD to safely transport residents, families and team members to various locations. The role emphasizes courteous service, safety, and adherence to company policies. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this position.

The Driver will operate vehicles, assist residents with mobility, complete logs, and participate in maintenance checks. A valid license and clean driving record are required.

• Assist residents with transfers and mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents, families, and staff to locations outside the community.
• Operate company vehicles; personal vehicles must not be used for company business.
• Transport residents to medical appointments, social outings and activities with safety.
• Complete logs; identify maintenance issues and assist in preventative maintenance.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers in and out of vehicles.
• Help residents board/exit, manage wheelchairs, walkers, and bags.
