Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living, located in Colorado, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for per diem, on-site support to residents across the continuum of care. You will conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for speech, language, swallowing, cognition, and voice, supporting a holistic care approach.

The role requires current licensure for SLP, CPR certification, and the ability to work with older adults in a campus setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing speech, language, swallowing, cognition or voice therapy.
• Current state license for SLP (where required) and CPR certification.
• Ability to work with older adults and across care continuum.

Responsibilities

• Provide screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings in speech-language pathology.
• Follow ASHA guidelines and company policies in documentation and care provision.
• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement personalized care plans focusing on resident strengths and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
