Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents on campus. You will conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy across the continuum of care, focusing on individual needs and consent to care.

The role offers per diem hours with flexibility and opportunities for professional growth on site. Onsite at Wind Crest in Highlands Ranch, CO, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered therapy, align with payer guidelines,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license in the state where the community provides service, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the community continuum of care.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and payer guidelines and ASHA requirements; document billing and resident rights.
• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs in a holistic care approach.
