Qualifications

• Experience in speech-language pathology and related therapies.
• Knowledge of ASHA requirements and scope of practice.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams in a senior living setting.
• CPR certification is required or current.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings for residents across the care continuum.
• Follow Federal, State, payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies; ensure documentation, billing, and resident rights compliance.
• Provide holistic care supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' personalized care plans, focusing on strengths and preferences to foster comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.
