Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support residents across the continuum of care with screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings. This on-site, per diem role offers the chance to impact daily living and communication outcomes.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team, follow ASHA and payer guidelines, maintain documentation and billing accuracy, and provide holistic care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Current valid state license for the state in which the community provides service, where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the community continuum of care.
• Follow Federal, State, and payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies and procedures.
• Provide holistic care addressing residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to meet residents' needs throughout care.
