WellSpring, The Village at Brookwood in Burlington, NC, is seeking a Sous Chef to join our Dining Services team. You will support the Executive Chef and Director of Dining Services in daily food production, quality and staff supervision.

The role requires 3–5 years of culinary experience, strong leadership and ServSafe certification; we value teamwork, service to residents and readiness for events. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
