Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities in a kitchen environment.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and ServSafe requirements.
• Experience with inventory management, food cost controls, and kitchen operations.
• Excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead food preparation and execution across meal periods while maintaining high standards for taste and presentation.
• Guide the culinary team, train, mentor, and support daily operations.
• Assist with menu execution, daily features, and seasonal offerings.
• Support smooth, efficient kitchen operations and timely meal service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment.
• Foster teamwork and a hospitality-driven culture within the kitchen.
