LS Solutions is seeking an Admissions Counselor to engage older adults and families as they explore senior living options. You will listen to needs, explain services, and guide visits to help families make informed decisions.

In this resident-first role, you will conduct tours, answer questions with compassion, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and a welcoming experience for new residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Consultative sales experience and/or related experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Compassionate, respectful approach with empathy for residents and families.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to support resident outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Listen to prospective residents’ needs and preferences.
• Explain services, care options, and community features clearly and compassionately.
• Conduct community tours and facilitate informative visits.
• Follow up with leads and guide families through the decision-making process.
• Partner with community teams to ensure a welcoming experience and smooth, accurate transitions.
