Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Country Time Inn & Wellington House in Kings Mountain, NC. The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in a Senior Living setting.

Schedule is Monday to Friday with no holidays or weekends. Part-time (40-46/hr) and PRN (50-55/hr) wage options are offered, with weekly pay and a benefits package after the first month.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP licensure is required.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• 0-1 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress, and plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Other duties as assigned.
