Synchrony Rehab seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Kingston Residence of Hickory, a Senior Living Community in Hickory, NC. The role offers an hourly rate of $40-46 with weekly pay and benefits after the first month.

Responsibilities include comprehensive speech-language pathology services, assessment, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support residents’ communication and swallowing needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy for articulation, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques, and progress strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
