Job summary

Synchrony Rehab at The Southwood is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Senior Living communities in Winston-Salem and Mocksville, NC. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, and an hourly rate of $40–$47.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
CCC-SLP certification preferred or required; state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Perform other duties as assigned.
