Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our senior living communities in Winston-Salem, NC. The role involves evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders within an interdisciplinary team.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required; state licensure and CCC-SLP are preferred. We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits after the first month, plus 401(k) matching and student-loan repayment options.

Qualifications

• Must hold current state SLP licensure.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• CPR certification current preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations and treatment plans.
