Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to senior patients in a team setting. You will evaluate swallowing and communication disorders and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient.

The role emphasizes one-on-one therapy, collaborative care planning, and ongoing professional growth within a not-for-profit environment that values quality of life and individualized treatment sessions.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain before starting employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop and implement Speech Pathology treatment programs based on clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one on one with individualized private sessions and functional-based approaches.
