Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver compassionate care to seniors in our communities. Join a team focused on improving quality of life through individualized swallowing, speech, and cognitive therapies.

The role emphasizes collaborative treatment planning, ongoing education, licensure support, and opportunities for professional growth within a not-for-profit, senior-care environment.

Formación

• Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as an SLP, or ability to obtain prior to starting employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP programs based on clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to align the plan of care.
• Provide one-on-one sessions with a functional-based approach for residents.
