Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Cleveland, TN team on a full-time basis.

You will evaluate and treat swallowing disorders, communication and cognitive impairments, and develop individualized treatment plans within a supportive, patient-centered environment. Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), or ability to obtain prior to starting employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement Speech Pathology treatment programs based on a full evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one to provide individualized attention with a functional-based approach.
