Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity in Whitehouse, Tennessee. Evaluate and treat swallowing and communication/cognitive disorders, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a care team to support residents.

Requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and a current state license (or eligibility). Benefits include a Monday–Friday schedule with paid time off, medical/dental/vision, licensure reimbursement, CEUs, and career

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP programs based on a full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized private sessions.
