Job summary

Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living in Catonsville, Maryland, is seeking a Driver to ensure the safety of residents, visitors, and staff within our gated retirement community.

Qualifications

• Valid State driver’s license required and must be maintained.
• DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate issued by EHWC if applicable.
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive.
• Ability to operate vehicles with wheelchair ramps and lifts.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents, staff, and visitors on scheduled and unscheduled appointments.
• Operate non-CDL passenger buses, vans, and sedans with wheelchair ramps and lifts.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the vehicle.
• Prepare vehicles for usage, including pre- and post-trip inspections and refueling.
• Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles.
• Log and track vehicle usage.
