Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Middletown, KY is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver to transport senior residents safely and courteously. This PRN position offers $17 per hour with daily pay options, and opportunities to grow within the organization.

As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for assisting residents on and off the bus, recording logs, and keeping the vehicle clean. The role requires a valid Chauffeur's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds while

Qualifications

3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
Compassionate care for seniors; ideal candidate enjoys helping and working with seniors.
Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; familiar with the local area.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, incl. evenings, weekends and holidays.
You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

Assist residents getting on and off the bus, using appropriate safe methods (lift, ambulation, or transfer).
Complete bus trip logs; follow route priorities; maintain efficient, productive processes.
Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of the bus.
Fill out daily inspection log at trip start and submit when completed.
Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance and productivity.
