CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for senior residents. This role offers opportunities for advancement within an innovative company that values service.

Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with pay at $15 per hour. Responsibilities include assisting residents onto/off the bus, completing trip logs, and maintaining bus cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate & Care for seniors.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; ability to maintain a bus schedule and is familiar with the local area.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
• You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus, utilizing the appropriate and safest mode for assistance.
• Completes bus trip log; completes required route in a safe and efficient manner; organize and coordinate route priorities to maintain productivity.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the bus.
• Fills out daily inspection log at the beginning of each trip.
