Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver for Independence Village of Grand Ledge, MI. This part-time role offers a schedule every other Friday 1pm-4pm and Sundays 9am-12:30pm, with a pay rate of $17 per hour.

You will transport senior residents safely and courteously, maintain logs and vehicle cleanliness, and support on-time operations in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License; clean driving record.
• Compassionate & Care for seniors. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping and working with the senior population.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; familiar with the local area.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on/off the bus with safe assistance.
• Complete bus trip log and route; prioritize efficiency.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the bus.
• Fill out daily inspection log at trip start.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance.
