Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Michigan is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for our senior residents. You will assist residents on/off the bus, maintain logs, and help keep the vehicle clean, aiming for reliable, timely service with a positive attitude.

The role requires 3 years of shuttle driving, a Chauffeur's License and a clean driving record, plus the ability to lift 25 pounds and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate & Care for seniors; ideal candidate enjoys helping the senior population.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; familiar with local area and bus schedule.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love to laugh and have fun while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus, utilizing safe methods (lift, ambulation, or transfers).
• Completes bus trip log; follows route priorities for safe, efficient service.
• Maintains the interior and exterior cleanliness of the bus.
• Fills out daily inspection log at trip start and reports as required.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance and productivity.
