Job summary

Oakmont Management Group oversees Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, a premier senior living community in California. The Server position involves on-call shifts of 3 or 7 hours, serving residents and guests with a friendly, courteous approach as part of a caring dining team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or elder care preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, families, and guests professionally and courteously.
• Input orders into POS accurately and promptly.
• Set up and break down tables as needed.
• Follow proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Collaborate with team across departments to ensure smooth service.
