Qualifications

• Experience is not required but customer service skills are essential.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• Excellent customer service and care for the elderly.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.
• Willingness to pass background check and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take orders accurately and input them into the POS system.
• Set up and reset dining tables and assist with clearing between courses.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean dining environment and support team collaboration.
