Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is hiring a Server for our senior living community. You will support dining services, interact with residents and families, and uphold our standards of care and courtesy.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment while collaborating with staff across departments. Training is provided, and the position supports a rewarding lifestyle for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• Must pass criminal background check and health screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and bus tables for dining service.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across dining and kitchen areas.
