Oakmont of El Dorado Hills is seeking a Server to provide friendly, courteous dining service to residents, families, and guests. You will take orders, input them into the POS, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, following proper serving etiquette, and ensuring safety. No prior experience required; training is provided to support a caring team dedicated to resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience is not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills expected.
• Desire to work with the elderly and meet their needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents and families.
• Criminal background check and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
