Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is hiring a Server for its El Dorado Hills community. The role includes serving residents and visitors, taking orders, and managing meals with professionalism. Shifts vary throughout the day, with pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.

You will work in a team-focused dining area, ensuring courteous service, accurate POS input, and adherence to safety standards. Prior experience is preferred but training is provided, and you must be at least 16 with a valid work

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to interact professionally with residents, family members, and staff.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team to ensure smooth dining operations.
• Willingness to learn serving techniques and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take orders accurately and enter into the POS system.
• Set up and bus tables; maintain dining area and kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow serving etiquette and safety procedures; ensure a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Collaborate with other departments to support residents' dining experience.
