Job summary

Ivy Park at Santa Monica, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a friendly Server to enhance dining experiences for residents, families, and visitors. You will serve meals, take orders, and ensure a welcoming, courteous atmosphere in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Accurately take residents' and guests' food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and break down bus tables.
• Maintain proper serving techniques and etiquette (e.g., serving from left, clearing between courses).
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests per safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
