Ivy Park at San Lauren is a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, serving residents with five-star service and compassionate care. The Server role supports dining operations, ensuring a friendly, efficient experience for residents, families, and visitors.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving with dignity, and coordinating with kitchen and care teams to uphold safety and excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.
• Vaccination/ PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Accurately take residents' and guests’ food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Ensure serving techniques/etiquette and safety standards are followed.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
